The following policies are adopted for this web site:

• Young people under the age of 18 are not identified
• Individuals in pictures are not identified without being asked
• Street addresses of individuals are not disclosed.  Only the address of the Team Administrator's Office is given.
• Telephone numbers are not listed gratuitously.  They may appear in the Pew Sheet or Magazine section when further information may be sought or to purchase tickets for events, etc
• This website does not gather information about its visitors nor does it place cookies on your computer.  However the website hosting package gathers information about the numbers of visits being made to the site.  None of this information can be attributed to individual visitors to the site.  It is viewed occasionally by the webmaster to help notice trends in the use of the site. 
• E-mail addresses are quoted using javascript or partly in graphics form rather than only in text in an attempt to thwart harvesting of addresses automatically by those intent on sending spam
• e-mail addressed to a named individual prestbury.net will only be delivered to that individual, e-mail addressed to an anonymous post, e.g. magazineprestbury.net may be delivered to more than one person and those people may change from time to time
